      We looked at a home and put a $ 1,000.00 down to hold the price by their agreement on the 1st of December 2024 on the 3rd of December 2024, they called and said they needed more money down to hold the price. At that time, I told them to cancel the sale and return my money they call back in about an hour and said they would honor their contract I told them it was too late could not trust them. My check cleared my Bank on the 2nd of December I sent them the proof. this is now December 9th, 2024, and they have not refunded my Money. They tried to change the contract and lost a sale now are holding me up.

      We sent a $500.00 check overnight to Solitaire Homes on June 21st, 2024. The check was cashed the next day. We were informed that we should have signed a receipt when the check was received We did not sign the receipt until after our check had been cashed. Unfortunately we had to cancel the deal on the 24th of June. We notified Solitaire immediately. They requested a copy of the front and back of the cashed check. We provided the copy and waited to hear from them. We have been waiting ever since. The salesperson informed us that it could take thirty days to return our money. He informed us of this 10 days after the copy of the check was sent to them. I have gotten the general manager involved and the corporate ****** of ********** purchased Solitaire). I was sent a picture of a ***** label and was informed that the money would be back in our hands today. Contacted *****, a label has been generated, but they do not have the package. I was also told that the delivery was set for Friday, July 12th not today. These people are holding our money hostage and do not appear to have any intention to return the refund.

      All the windows have air leaks. No one will do anything about it. I'm not able to use my heater or my AC. The air leaks are so bad, the units turn on in less then 5 minutes.

      Bought Solitare 16 x72 2023 mobile from **************************** made by Solitare Homes.For the past 60 days have been having electrical issues and to date, nothing has been done other than a minor inspection by ****************************.Contact a ***** at Solitaire and she was no help and very rudely refused to give me a date repairs could be made. Today called main office and forwarded my Complaint to the Management office.I explained the entire situation and advised that next Monday will file a law suit for breach of warranty and full cost tp repair, court costs, attorney fees, and damages awarded by a jury trial only.       Purchased a single wide mobile home made by Solitare from Palm Harbor in ****************, *****/For 60 days now have been desperately trying to get someone out to correct and repair my electrical issues. Talked with a women named ***** in service department and she was no help and gave me no dates it would be fixed. She was constantly giving me the 4th. degree about the issues and made me mad so hung up on her. Reported issues on their site 2 times and no resonse to date.1. Smoke detectors constantly go off in the Kitcen area when baking 2. In side GFI were going off constantly but have ceased as lately 3. Outside GFI plug does not work at all.4. Hot water heater needs turning up and siding must be removed to get to it.

      My husband and I purchased a home from the company and put down our deposit in February, when they delivered a house to our property in October it was not built like we had ordered. We made customizations to our home and paid to have a sheet rocked fireplace and the house they delivered did not even have a fireplace, w also had asked that the valances in the house not be installed because we did not want them. When we contacted the sales representative about the house missing the fireplace, they offered us $3500 no questions asked to keep the house, however being in a rural area we needed to have to fireplace we ordered. The company then re-ordered our house, and we agreed that the incorrect house could stay on our property until our house was ready to be delivered. Upon delivery of the new house the company asked if the old house could stay on our property because they had already sold it to someone else, but their land was not yet ready. Now the incorrect house was attempted to be moved and is buried in the front of his property, we asked for compensation for the inconvenience of having to re-order our house and storing the incorrect house for over a month and they are unwilling to help. The house that was re-ordered still had other cosmetic issues that we had to argue to get fixed, and they are having us take possession of the house even though they have not installed the septic or ac units like our contract states they are supposed to do. We are waiting on the utility company to finish getting our electric out to the property, but the house does not have water or power as of yet.

      I'll start with that when we bought our home, we were told it would be delivered in 3 weeks from Oklahoma City. Not the case. We purchased it in June, and moved into it in September. Just be honest. We could've found other arrangements. And it came from Texas, not Oklahoma City. We are being ignored regarding our repair list (the one within the first year). I can fix the cracks from settling, and all that, but they refuse to repair the items that were wrong with it when delivered. Also, one of the doors in the hallway, the hinge completely snapped in half. I am starting to think the hinge holes were stripped. Anyway, if you want a door that has never opened all the way, a sink that leaks (we've repaired it several times), carpet that wasn't installed properly, and cabinets that aren't stained the same color, go buy a solitaire from Stillwater Solitaire. You won't be disappointed
