    He's not honoring his guarantee. I called them because of a ***** problem in a house I just moved into. When I called I was told that it would be two treatments for $175 and 90% of the time the first treatment gets rid of all the roaches. If not, the second treatment does. I still have a severe ***** problem and when I called to tell him he told me that the house had an extreme ***** infestation and was very dirty before I moved in. Yes, that's true, which is why I called him in the first place. He assured me his treatments would work and they simply haven't. I'm attaching a picture of a glue strip from behind my stove a couple of weeks after the 2nd treatment.
