    I made a reservation for rooms with Choctaw Casino in Durant ******** for August 4-5, 2023. Based on my previous play, the agent said my room would be complimentary. She stated that she needed me to type my debit card number on my key pad. I inquired why. She said it was to cover a $150 deposit. She then stated that my wife reservation would not be totally complimentary. She did say that based on our play, it was possible that hers would be completely complimentary at checkout. In attempting to type my wife's debit card number, she incurred a technical glitch. She indicated that it would be taken care of later. On checking in we were told that our play could result in a completely complimentary room. During the next rwo days, we gambled a large amount of money. On checkout on August 6, I requested a complimentary due to the large amount of money we had lost. They refused. Some individual who identified himself as THE hotel manager said they couldn't do it. I wanted to further discuss the issue but my wife gave them her card and they processed it and gave her a receipt. It was only afterwards I noticed my debit card number on the receipt. I never gave anyone permission to do this. Calling the Casino has proven futile. I talked to one individual who refused to give his last name. This has been very disappointing. You would expect a Casino of this size and frequent presence on television to follow through on their commitment. As a retired Senior African American disabled Officer, I would expect more from a proud indigenous Nation

    In the case of Mr. ************************ the current casino policy is that any comps or credits earned during the current stay can only be redeemed for the next future visit and cannot be used for the current stay. Also comps and credit earned by one guest cannot be transferred or applied to another guest account. Mr. ******* reservation was already complementary and would not be allowed to have any more comps or credit applied to his reservation or any other reservation which we believe he wanted to do for another reservation under ******************************. Upon check out ***************** had no issues paying for the room/tax on her own credit card and had no issues with it not being complimentary. There is nothing further we can do for ****************.
