    We received new service 8-5-24. The tech was on time and went right to work. The tech ( ******************* ) was very professional and a hard worker. He answered all our questions and installed our internet in a very timely manner. This young man is definitely a asset to your company and made us feel like we mattered. Cant say enough nice things about him but he wets a 5 star rating from us.Also would like to say something about one of your reps. I believe she located in ******. Im thinking her name is ****. She helped me get everything set up and scheduled. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was on a Friday right at 5:00. Anyone else would have rushed through but **** answered all my questions. She definitely gets a 5 star also. Thes two employees made my experience a good one.Keep up the good work.Thank you ***********************

    Entirely too many outages to justify the price over AT&Ts DSL option in the area. Your point to point is as slow as DSL with the amount of outages I deal with using your garbage network and equipment.

    They said I could not get a signal because of distant trees. I was told I would need a tower but can't afford to pay **** plus what it cost for the survey. My neighbor has a dark green coverage area just below where I live and I can't get the service. They said it would not be good at all but would not let me try the service to see if it was worth it or not. Also, the tower install is just a joke cause an average person can not afford to get one built and they say well that is the only way to get a signal and if you can't do the tower install they say have a good day. If I could I would leave no stars because they don't care about making customers just there to make money.
