      Paid over $500 for a new part. Washer didnt work properly (all the setting functions no longer worked, wasn't the original issue). They said we'll best they could do. 5 months later went out again. Took over 3 weeks to get an appointment and they sent someone who wasn't even employed by them to check it out, because he lives in the area!?!? Oh well it's not the original issue he says, it's the control board for the settings is out. Oh you mean the part that was messed up after the original repair?! They sent a former employee to my house.

      Was on time, diagnosed my problem right away. Did a great job fixing problem, and cleaned up. Estimate was low, and *** stayed until job was finished. Thank u *** and ***** for fixing the problem, and I use my flashlights all the time

      After diagnosing the problem on my clothes washer,I was told it needed a mother board and possible valve,they had to order the parts, I paid them 738$ a week later they came out,and none of it fixed the problem,told me It would be another 1000$ to ****** offer was made for any kind of a partial refund nothing.738 $ for nothing.think real hard before you give these folks a chance at fixing your appliances

      ******** washing machine repairman arrived promptly, examined my machine thoroughly and diagnosed the problems. He presented me with a repair estimate and I decided it would be more advantageous to replace my washer rather than repair it.

      We had a service call and Don’s sent out a contractor who could only say he didn’t know what the issue was and we’d have to wait on Don. Between the time of the next appointment we were able to resolve the issue ourself but was still charged $135 service call. We did talk to Don on the phone for 10 minutes which was helpful, but not $135 worth.
