  I have money due to me from a government agency and I have a lawyer handling the matter. This company wants to pursue the money & get a cut. I have asked this company via email, on ******** and by phone to get out of my business & leave me alone. Instead the woman called & talked to my boss and sent me more emails. Today I received a certified letter from her, as did my boss. In it, she threatens to get a private investigator to contact my ***************** She won't take no for an answer. I just want to be left alone. This is unbelievable harassment and certainly reflects poorly on you that she is a member of your organization.

  At Painted Sky Refund Recovery Experts (PSRRE), our goal is to help individuals recover funds that they may not be aware they are entitled to. In Mr. ******* case, we made multiple attempts to contact him about funds we believed were his. Our intention was never to cause stress, but to ensure these funds did not go unclaimed or fall into the wrong hands.
  
  When Mr. ****** asked us to stop contacting him, we did respect his request. However, due to the significant amount of money involved, we reached out to his employer, who encouraged us to send another email and assured us he would speak with Mr. ******* After still receiving no response, we sent a certified letter to ensure he was fully informed. Unfortunately, this letter was left unclaimed for a considerable time before retrieval. Only after further communication did Mr. ****** inform us that he had legal representation, which we would have appreciated knowing earlier to avoid unnecessary follow-ups.
  
  PSRRE prides itself on thoroughness and diligence, reaching out multiple times to ensure weve identified the correct claimant. We invest our own time and resources to protect the rightful owners funds. In most cases, claimants are grateful for our persistence and quick assistance, often receiving their funds within 30 days.
  
  While Mr. ******* response to our outreach was not the outcome we had hoped for, we stand by our commitment to providing high-quality service and acting within industry standards. At no point did we engage in harassment; rather, our approach was driven by our responsibility to ensure that these funds were claimed by the rightful person.
  
  As of today, these funds remain available for Mr. ****** to claim. Our terms were negotiable, and we might have saved him both time and money had we been able to assist earlier. We appreciate this feedback and will use it to continue improving our services.
