  work here is horrible and they will rebuttle anything you say on reviews and blame you for it arrogantly. Just read a few and you will see what I am saying. They didn't seal something on an oil change on my vehicle and it sprayed oil all over the engine bay then lied about it when I drove back 30 seconds later after my car was billowing smoke. They refused to refund my money or clean it up and then rebuttled on ****** reviews that I tried to extort them or I was going to leave bad reviews. It's laughable at best for these people that claim to be Christians and prove to only be hypochristians. It's a bad place to go in my opinion...buyer beware.

  It has been my experience that Kennedy Tire will gladly take your money and not fix the problem.

  Do not recommend. Had a complicated electrical issue, causing all sorts of malfunctions after my first visit here, which isnt their fault. They were certain it was the alternator, even though it was only a year old and on the carfax report. Nothing aftermarket on my wifes car, which is a ***** CX-9 However, it turned out to be the **** causing nearly $3K worth of repairs and replacing the new alternator. Im sure the *** destroyed the alternator, and you can learn from mistakes, but this was a very costly mistake, except Im out of pocket, not them. The knowledge was there at times, ***** and other managers were nice, HOWEVER, the techs broke a few other parts from two visits, which I found out each time after picking my car up, and no one acted very concerned about this. Like its just an accident or unfortunate luck. The state they left my car in from the last service was terrible and dangerous. They broke a rear lift gate handle after my first visit for a simple A/C valve replacement. During my last visit, they didnt put fender and lining pins and bolts in correctly so they fell out while driving supposedly, which is honestly hard to believe. The fender and wheel liner problem caused an unsafe situation at higher speeds. They also left sooo much oil all over my leather. I have a deep and massive oil stain Im having trouble getting out, and dirt all over the interior. I was ******. Looks like it was left in a barn. They knew our situation, and left those stains on for nearly two months in their shop. No joke, its been back and forth for 2.5 months, because of the *** taking forever, and the trips back after discovering each part they broke. The repairs just from their oversights cost me two weeks overall from waiting for parts and taking it back and forth. Huge hassle, and Im seriously concerned about their attention to detail. I was very flexible and understanding early on, but I continued to have major problems here and seriously dont recommend.
