    There have been many issues with new the home I purchased from a quality standpoint. I have submitted several warranty claims through your process with limited success and never receiving confirmation of my warranty submissions, which makes it hard to track. There were some items that were addressed and others what were ignored. I need these quality issues to be resolved with the home.

    We already provided the client not only service and care during their 1 year warranty period but also for many months after as a gesture of good faith (home purchased Oct 12, 2022). We took care of storm damage not covered under their warranty. Connected them with our hvac company who came out many many times to take care of their HVAC system. 

    Most recently, we received a call from them last week December 17, 2024 (over a 14 months after their 1 year warranty had ended) about some issues with their garage door. We went out to look at it despite not being under warranty and leaving us 1 star reviews on ****** and attempting to smear our company in any way possible. We observed paint on their garage door spring and told them we would get with our garage door company to see what the best resolution would be for their issue. Then our garage door company went out to inspect it last Thursday 12/19/24 and performed a check up. He reported that he serviced the unit/tracks and tuned it up and it is currently working just fine.

    We have operated with integrity and gone above and beyond for this client in every way. There is no basis for these complaints and they have been out of their warranty for over a year and are still getting service from us.
