    We will NOT use Integrated Alarms LLC again!We bought a new home and 36 months of interactive service was included. We upgraded by connecting our cameras, that was going to be $7. per month. Imagine my surprise when the bill came for $32.00. We called and talked with ****** and she said since we added a service the 36 months of free service was voided and we now needed to pay the entire amount. She said, "like it or leave it.". We left it. We have a contract stating, "Interactive will provide 36 months free Interactive." When we pointed that out to hr she hung up on us. We called back to talk to a manager and they "transferred" us, but in actuality we waiting on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up. This is not a good way to do business.
