    ****************** went out of her way today to provide exceptional customer service. First, she called the car rental company that was supposed to pick me up from their shop after I had dropped off my vehicle for repairs -- the representatives from the rental company neither responded nor did the shop send a representative to pick me up. ****************** called the rental company about ***** times and also had her two associates call as well on my behalf. When the rental company didn't respond to either my phone calls or theirs, ****************** gave me a lift to the rental shop, in her POV. Now that is a stellar customer service -- taking care of customers.

    We tried to use this company for hail damage repair. Our insurance appraised the damage at $6,000 and The Dent Guys appraised the damage at $15,000. This would cause us to claim a total loss on the vehicle. We decided to get a 2nd opinion so that we didn't have to claim total loss. Upon going to the establishment to pick up my personal property (vehicle), the general manager would not give me the keys. He wanted 20% of $15,000 in order to give me the keys. I refused to pay this because no work was done besides an estimate. Nobody in their right mind should pay this amount for an estimate. The ** changed his tune whenever I got the police involved, and he waived the 20%. They did, however, charge approximately $800 from my insurance company due to "labor" and "storage" of the vehicle. The ** was unable to come up with any paperwork that stated we would have to pay 20% of total appraised damage in order to get our vehicle. The ** also stated that they try to charge this amount to discourage customers to go elsewhere. All in all, it's bad business. In order to retain business, I believe that companies should focus on quality and fairness of price. Not getting every ***** possible from insurance companies. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
