    I had an appointment to get my vehicle repaired, and I took the insurance check to Gerber for the repair. The insurance check was made payable to myself. I decided to cancel the repair and trade in my vehicle. I requested a refund of the insurance check that was made payable to me 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was told it takes two weeks for a refund, but I have not received it. I’ve called several times and even gone to the location, but no one seems to be able to help me.

    I had a drop-off repair scheduled for tomorrow (2/23/2023) and without discussing this with me I received a text message that my repair date has been rescheduled to 3/28/2023. My car has been damaged since December and I work the day they rescheduled it. I've already scheduled tomorrow off to get this taken care of. I text back the number asking why it was changed and I haven't received a response. This is very unprofessional and I need my vehicle fixed immediately. The repairs will be paid for by Allstate.

    Good morning. *************** to ********. I have spoken to the customer and let him know that I wanted to personally reach out to him and apologize about the change in his drop off appointment. It was originally scheduled for 2/23 and had to be moved out to 3/28. I explained to him again that the reason it was changed, was due to the shop being overloaded with too many vehicles sitting and not being able to be worked on due to backordered parts. I explained to him that this is something that we have been dealing with since COVID. He said he understood and said that the day that he received the change of drop message, was a pretty rough day for him and that things just kept ***********. He is scheduled to drop off at another sister location of ours today 3/13. He stated that he would reach back out to the BBB and have said complaint removed.
