      This daycare is the absolute worst. My child was removed from their daycare about a month ago with zero notice due to staffing issues. They called us at 5:51 p.m. on Friday evening when they close at 6:00 letting us know that she can't come back the next week. We paid for a full month of daycare and our child only got 3 weeks worth and we have been waiting over a month now to get the refund for the fourth week. We have called at least 10 times trying to get an answer from the daycare about when and how our refund is coming, but no one ever knows anything at the daycare. It was taken over by new leadership around the time that our child was removed from the daycare in this leadership is 10 times worse than the previous leadership was. If you want to remove children from the daycare for any reason, that is up to the business, but don't hold people's money hostage because you don't know what you're doing on the business side and how to issue refunds. If you are planning on removing children from daycare, be prepared to have a refund ready for any overpayment. This daycare is a joke.
