    Signed both of my kids up for a ( 4 week) trial and then at the rate offered $109/kid (military discount). One kid decided he didnt want to participate (before the trial ended) and I was charge $298 (149/kid) . I immediately called the company spoke to ******, who said I would receive a call back and did not. Next month comes and I was again charged $298. I call ****** again and he said I would either get a refund or be paid in full for nearly 6 months (but that he would have to ask his team) which would cover through April with $58 charge that month . I was fine with either option, but was expecting a call back. Again no return call.Now I am waking to a $29 charge on my card. I will be disputing the $29 charge. But I need answers. The next charge should not be until April and at that point I cannot do business with this company . I will shout it from the rooftops if they continue to ignore me.Also . We opted not to get a t shirt, and was never given one to begin with so please do not say this is a jersey fee.

    We promptly reached out to her and were made aware that her communication was with a different department in our organization. Our ***************** Services area has corrected her billing issue for her family. She was given the information to directly contact the Center Director, should she have any needs or issues moving forward.
