    Horrific . Had to find a endondics doctor to fix root canal today . The experience was Traumatizing . Not only did they not do a good root canal ( and I was in pain the total time) the said they were putting stuff that burnt on the root that would help . The burning stuff all went down my throat . The Endodontics doctor said it is a solution just like bleach! I also have sealant that was pushed into bone and may now need oral surgery to clean out .

    After seeing the one review that is not good, I want to share my experience with whoever checks here at BBB.I came to Redbud after not being totally satisfied at another dental office. My first visit was exceptional. All the staff and especially Doc. *********************** were awesome. I was not hurried through any part of my visit. There has not been any issues with charges, billing or insurance.Since my visit I bought in my two teenagers and finally my wife had her day in the chair. We all feel confident with services we have received at Redbud Dental. Did I say how nice Doc. ***** is?!!

    Received a phone call from Redbud Dental staff who identified herself as ****** on 10/17/2023 at 1:40pm. Im the mother of 2 children of age 11 and 14 who received their 1st visit at Redbud dental on 08/15/2023. ****** advised we have past due balance of 2 ************** say yr insurance has sent you a check and youve cashed it. I responded we did not receive any checks from insurance and continued to ask her what the check number and the cashing date was and she only responded saying they were mailed to the patients ****** address and their tracer shows checks were cashed, ****** spoke in angry tone & threatening balance will send to collection if not paid by 10/20/2023 Myself & 2 minor children never received check payments from BCBS or billing/invoice from Redbud at our ****** address, did not know there were outstanding balance w/Redbud dental until phone call received on 10/17/2023 1:40pm, ontop the insurance policy holder (father) verified he did not receive or cash any check payment that Redbud ****** accuses us On 10/18/2023 at 2:44pm, I re-reached Redbud Dental regarding the Biling mixed up. Spoke to ******, let her know we did not receive any billing or invoice from their business & asked her to verify the mailing address, she responded Im not on the computer right ******* cant see you address but Ive already verified address with you at the phone call yesterday in an angry tone I politely advised ***************** is reissuing checks since checks were not cashed. I requested extension time on the payment since our very 1st notifications of the balance was just less than 1 day, ****** was yelling back we're not putting any extension, youre the ************* are responsible for the balance and will send it over to collection by this Friday 10/20/2023, ****** abruptly disconnected the call. Were disgusted w/ the way being treated by ****** was impolite, using accusations and not willing listen to the mailing issues ontop of the billing mixed up
