      Will not go back to *********** They cancelled my son's rx threee times. Called to ask about my transfer request to send to cvs. They would not help. The pharmacy technician hung up on me.

      It is the slowest, most inefficient pharmacy I've ever seen. There were at least six people on duty at the time. With only two cars in the drive-thru and one person at the indoor pharmacy, I stood for an excessively long time while one technician (wearing LGBT colors) spent inordinate amount of time trying to find how to bill the insurance of the one other person who was waiting and didn't even acknowledge anybody else. At least fifteen minutes later, somebody else passing by finally said, "Someone will be with you momentarily," and kept on walking. Ten minutes later, the technician who couldn't seem to figure out how to charge for the Rx of the only other person waiting, me, finally came to help me. He asked, "Are you picking up?" I told him, 'I'm trying." I had to tell him my name three times and he still didn't know what I was saying. I pulled out a card with all my information on it and said, 'Here, you can read it.' He pulled my prescriptions, laid them beside the register and went back to paying attention to the other customer. After a few minutes, I looked at the name on the sacks he laid by the register and saw they were mine. He had deliberately ignored and delayed me further. I picked them up and asked him, 'Can I pay for these up front?' He said "No, you can't." All he had to do was ring it up when he brought them to the register, but he chose to lay it down and walk away. He was rude and inconsiderate and told him to keep the prescriptions and I walked away without them. I'll not go back there again and I will be lodging a complaint with TriCare about how I was treated at ********
