    We had spent thousands of dollars with them on our custom built home on the wood floors and tile about three years ago. We had several problems with them then, so we should have not gone back to them to get more tile to match the tile we got before. We had used ****** as a sales person both times, since that is who was assigned to our account. We needed to order three boxes of tile and my wife had asked if we could return them if the plumber did not need them. He said we could, so we ordered the 3 boxes. When the plumber did not need the tile, we took it back to Dons. Now ****** argued with my wife that he never said we could return them. The minimum number of boxes for a return would be 4 boxes. Had he said that when we placed the order, we would have ordered 4 boxes so we had extra for a later date or any breakage that might have happened when installed. What we have a problem with is how my wife was treated when she tried to return them. He said he would have to talk to the owner about this and he would call her. We are still waiting for that call! I went by to pick up the tile and to tell him that we will never be back as a customer of his due to how he talked to my wife. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I would not recommend them to anyone else. It is not the point at this point of the refund as much as how ****** treated my wife. I have known her for 52 years and I never had her say that someone said something to her that they did not say. Their customer service is terrible and their products are expensive. -****************
