Terrible Company. Techs do not know what they are doing. Two came to my house on two days, neither could find the problem. Wanted to charge me $400 plus for a thermostat. Only cost $237 at Home Depot. Was suppose to have special treatment, paid extra $237, given a special number to call. Line always busy, No special treatment received. Will let neighbors and contacts know this Company has gone down hill. Owner would not return phone calls to discuss scheduling future appointment. Must not need my business.

Mrs ********* we went to your home On a Saturday Evening the same day as your request and we were there Until almost 9 pm (special treatment) you were quoted $345 for the thermostat which includes the labor. You denied the repair and said you would go to ********** and get your own. We then scheduled another appointment to go and install you self purchased thermostat. again same day. When our tech arrived you kicked him out and called our office and said you didnt want him there and that he was stupid. you were rude to our techs and our office staff all whome where trying to help you. You then demanded we come out the next day at the first appointment of the day which was not an available time slot as we were already booked for that time slot. We did offer a later appointment that we had available but that was not acceptable to you. We try very hard to get to all of our members as quickly as possible and we offered one of those spots but you were not willing to work with us on the availability that we had and said you needed special treatment. I did not personally return your call because my staff did return the call and you were being irate to them and said we would no longer have your business and that you were going to call someone else, I guess i didnt see the need to discuss further based on that statment.

Our AC went out at the first of July, we found Triple Play who could come out on a holiday weekend (was actually on Tuesday). They determined the motor needed to be replaced. The technicians were cordial and one was in training. They replaced the motor and a few other things and got the air back on by the end of the day. Within a few days, the unit began running loud and within 2 weeks had completely stopped working. When we inspected it, we found that the fan (squirrel cage) was completely bent and ripped, which is virtually impossible to do since it is a heavy piece of equipment. Come to find out, they had installed the motor incorrectly which made the unit unbalanced. It had vibrated itself to death until it shredded the fan. Since they caused damage the first time out, we didn't want them to touch it again, so we contacted another party and had a new fan ordered. (without air for two weeks in triple digit temps too). The new fan was installed and we had air again, but the damage was done and the unit was too damaged from the first "repair". The vibrations destroyed the new fan & shook our entire house. It was so loud you couldn't talk in the kitchen/hallway. The entire unit had to be replaced. For a "nominal" fee of $2500, Triple Play destroyed our HVAC unit and now refuses to refund the cost. They destroyed our system and not only are we out those "repairs" but a brand new unit. I could never recommend this company to anyone. We have contacted them several times and offered their parts back to them and have requested a refund. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking. I have pictures to support the incident and would love an attachment feature to this review!

The employees were all very nice, but the price they charged me was outrageous. My a/c quit working and it was over 100 degrees. I was hot and felt somewhat sick. So I accepted the first offer I came upon, which was from Triple Play Hoe Services. It turns out Triple Play charged me $16,000 to insert one vent and a new HVAC system. I checked online and found out that my 1100  sq ft house needs a 1.5 or 2 ton system. They put a 3 ton system in my house. Internet said average price is from $5,000 to $10,000. They cut off part of my house in order to bring the new system into my attic. The hole they made looks awful. I already had a system in my house and they didn't have to cut anything to get it up in the attic. they told me it would be $111 a month but when the finance people called me, it's $166 a month. Plus they want to give me a $50,000 mortgage on my home in order to pay for he HVAC. I am just sick of what Triple Play has charged me. I feel they took advantage of me at the time. I was sick from heat and desperate for a/c. I will recommend that no one use Triple Play Home Services as they are likely to take advantage of any situation they come upon.
