    I have been having issues with the property upon moving in. The first issue was with the water in the sinks and showers when you turn on the water it's brown as if we are using dirty water. I put in a work order to get it fixed maintenance came out and so-called fixed it and here we are five months later and my water still comes out brown. The second issue is I was misinformed on who to set up water services with this home because there are two water meters out front. As a result of that, my family and myself went without water for a bit over a week. Third I put in a work order for the electricity to be fixed in one of my children's rooms and the guest bathroom we waited for about two months before anyone came out to fix anything (and yet and still it blows out) fourth I put in a work order for someone to come out and seal the property because earwigs, spiders, ants, roaches, bugs that I have never seen before we're coming into the home and we were getting bit by the bugs. I waited three months for anything to be done about it. When I went to the online portal to check the status I noticed that a work order was deleted. I asked to be compensated for the wait and inconvenience me and my children experienced randhier also with patty which they both downplayed everything and denied me being compensated have screenshots and documents to back up everything that I am telling you. I was more than fair with the homes department also understanding that they do have multiple homes to manage but I will not allow my children nor myself to be treated unfairly. My children are wards of the state. I'm trying to resolve the issue as pleasant as possible so I decided to reach out to you. I spoke with sabih kalidy he as well downplayed the situation and keep giving me the run arounds
