Liars and Cheaters...******** deserves NO start at all. I've used this one company for 6 or 7 years, and in 2019 my insurance rates started to increase and so I called to ask why and called every six months and asked why and was always told that insurance rates have increased across the board for everyone, and this is the same information I was given every six months. A no-fault claim filed on my insurance was never mentioned. This year 2023 I decided to go with another insurance company, and I answered all of the questions, that I had never filed an accident claim with ********, etc. my record is clean, and I was then given an insurance quote and a few minutes later the other company says, it shows in the system we use "CLUE" that a no-fault claim was filed on August 1, 2019, which is going to increase your premium. I took the information and called ******** and advised them that my car was in the shop for maintenance and repairs on the date in question. ******** said they would be calling CLUE to have the claim removed, they called me with CLUE on the line for additional information and then CLUE said it would be under review for 10 days (which was a lie it took 30 days), and when I called CLUE back after receiving the letter of determination from them, they said the claim could not be verified or validated, however, ******** did not request that the claim be removed from my record, so my new insurance still reflects this bogus and untrue claim. **** filed another dispute requesting that the bogus claim be removed and that will take another 30 days. Why would you do your customer this way? All for a few extra pennies for yourself, but it cost your customer several hundred dollars and a negative **** on their insurance record. When I asked them about the cost increase, I paid since 2019 for the bogus claim they reported, and I was told that there wasn't a cost increase, but that's a lie, because it's a cost increase with the new insurance company I'm with.
