    I took a package to the UPS store to overnight refrigerated medication to my father. I paid $261.36 to have it arrive the next day which would have been 2/7/25. From what I can tell on the tracking information, this package did not get put on a truck until 2/7 and as a result, my father is waiting another 3 days for his medication to arrive. I called the location to at least be refunded for the overnight charge I paid and the manager yelled at me and said it’s not his problem. He said I need to talk to a driver. I asked to be connected with the owner of the store and he hung up on me. Now every time I call the store to try and speak with someone, he won’t even answer the phone. I’ve even tried calling the 1-800 customer service number for UPS and they continue to direct me back to the actual location I shipped from.
