  Screws go every which way; there's a giant hole they didn't paint but covered up; the doors are all different sizes; they used sealant for doing baseboards or other jobs instead of putty inside the pipes; left air ducts unattached and sitting in the ground ditattached and rusting; had the outlets all connected with mismatched negative and positive sides; and still growing other problems that were covered up by some rigged misappropriation of resources. Nothing is fixed but instead built to hold long enough for a sale to go through and then for a buyer to be trapped under a child's craft project with melting glue. Benign issues that could have been fixed with even the most basic understanding of how they worked were cobbled together with no regard for longevity. There is no consistency between pieces and I came into the whole series with the expectation of doing repairs but the sheer number and misappropriation make it almost impossible to go back behind them and fix what they messed up and catching up just leads to finding the next series of pieces falling apart, whether it be from mild moisture or just the expanding and contracting of wood that experiences weather. Unless you can afford a contractor in every single field required and don't mind tearing out the previously cobbled together mishmash, I don't see how anyone could work with what I experienced.

  Kevin has been wonderful. I would recommend this company hands down if you are trying to sell a home. He didn't employ any tacky sales tactics and came in with a fair and adequate offer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their home.
