I signed a contract with A&H Roofing to replace my roof 7/19/23, to have the work completed in late July or first part of August, 2023. Included in the contract was to replace all guttering. In the final inspection after the work was completed, I was assured all work was completed according to the contract. Upon further inspection after the final bill was paid, I discovered a section of the guttering was not replaced. I contacted A&H Roofing by email and text on several occasions, and was given several excuses. I also asked if I could have a local contractor just install the missing piece and bill them for reimbursement. I was told they would only provide $60 toward the install, which was just a fraction of the cost. I left the discussion open, in the hopes that they would step up and completely honor their contract. Unfortunately they have not.

In regard to completion of the build agreement. The punch list per the Scope of Loss per the insurance was completed. In fact, we provided over $2,200 in complimentary upgrades for the client. So that his roof could perform and live its life expectancy.  In regard to the gutter, Mr. ******* claims are missing it was a 6-foot section that my gutter crew did not install as it had no functionality in that area. No excuses were given other than, I was attempting to get the gutter crew to go back. After multiple conversations with the gutter crew they could in no good conscious install gutters in an area that had no functionality.  I offered Mr. ******* $60 towards the install which is $10 a foot. The build agreement was honored and Mr. ******* again received $2,200 in complimentary upgrades. Yes, his roof is under warranty, the build agreement was completed. Build Agreement can be provided if necessary.  These complaints are unfounded and egregious as Mr. ******* project was completed in September of 2023 and complaint wasn't submitted until March of 2025.
