      Horrible massage and even more horrible customer service from the owner **** *******. My massage therapist ****** fell asleep on me three times. I know you are reading this wondering how that even happens, but it did, three times! I had to wake her and ask her if she was medically okay, which she stated she was. ****** started out on her stool and never stood once throughout my treatment session. When discussing with the owner ****, **** insinuated that my feedback was not accurate because ****** stated she did not fall asleep. Nothing was done to accommodate my below poor experience. In fact, I was charged for my 90-minute session as was my wife for hers (also a subpar massage experience). This experience follows the company's failure to discontinue the membership upon request back in November. Thus, the monthly charge was ongoing, and credits were accumulated with ****** unwillingness to refund, even though they advertise cancel anytime and policy is cancellation with a phone call. Also, this follows a great deal of confusion when booking massage times for the day. **** claims she strives for 100% customer satisfaction, but clearly not the case. It's very unfortunate that such poor customer experience and services can be provided and considered acceptable by the owner.
