      Worst service they called me and the guy talked to me so rude and I was being polite to him

      Well this place needs either shut down or everyone fired and total new people running it. So far I live with my daughter I am disabled and because they won't answer or return her calls I have to call. They answer my phone call. So customer service *****. This whole place I believe is a monkey circus due to they keep charging my kid almost ****** in water bills and let me tell you they don't know it yet but I have been having my own people ready the meter once a day for this new round of bill coverage and I will find out what's going on. I admit we had water leaks here and there and we have out own shut off at the house to prevent the main servicing the house when there is a leak. Even with he leaks they don't last more than a few minutes by the time we shut the water down. So I believe they are not reading the meter. The guy up there is very rude and doesn't realize that is bad business. Of better business bureau don't wanna look into the matter with this company I am sure we can go a different route Expose this company for what they are. Money hungry and don't give a c*** whether or not they are causing people to go broke and barely having the funds to support their families. He is rude he claims tampering fees when we have not touched the main half the month of July all of the month of August and then claims fees for his people supposedly coming out here. Which is a load of c*** They need to be shut down before they end up with a law suit they can't Pay for.

      Unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. He has been rude every time I have had to call him. When my contractor was working on the house fixing leaks he hit me with a tampering fee but if they don't turn it on and off can't find the leaks. I have had nothing but high bills since we moved in and like I said he has been very rude when we have had to deal with him.
