      Gemini is a paint producing company with a large part of there business being paints used to finish cabinets. My ****************************** used Gemini Lacquer products on a ***** Sq. Ft. multi million dollar home in ******** **********. Within months of the product application on brand new cabinets, the cabinet finish started spider web cracking everywhere, every surface, every cabinet in the house. My company ********************** tried a couple different resolves on company time and money but nothing fixed the cracking. The cracking which occurred originally continued to crack through any finish over top of it.At this point I (owner of FCF) reached out to Gemini to get them to repair and a resolve from there product failure. Gemini sent a rep out to do some testing. At that time of testing there was 4 witness's plus the Rep. ****** testing of mil thickness on cabinets Gemini Rep(******) found correct mil range and consistency in mil thickness's through out the entire home. ****** stated, "I've never seen consistency like this in the correct mil range, there should be no issues with Gemini warrantying this work to be re-finished." At that time ****** went back with his findings and shortly there after called because then Gemini wanted to take a drawer face to the lab. Interestingly enough when that door was at the lab Gemini came up with different readings somehow and told FCF that it was an over application error and they could not help us for any resolve. Mind you that drawer face that went to the lab had another product on top of the original Gemini product.Fast forward a couple months of going back and forth with Gemini, FCF decided to send another 2 door faces to Gemini's lab for more testing. This time while on site testing I took a video of the testing and each reading, all of which were in the 4 mil range which is in the correct range and should be no cracking. At this time I am waiting for Gemini to produce those results.Its been 4 weeks already.
