    Several weeks we have not had trash picked up. Email to the company and voicemails have been left without return calls or trash picked up. Our trash was supposed to be picked up the week of may 14, and not completed. Trash is still by the driveway. Thought they would pick up week of may 20 and then did receive an automated email stating it would be late next week because of the holiday. I returned the email because of no trash pickup at all. This has happened several times with no notification. We are paying monthly fees for trash. My in-laws live on the same road without pick up either. Our trash is building up. Unfortunately it is the only trash option for where we live.
    I realize the company is ran by veterans and they may be short staffed, but then have someone communicate with us. We will have a huge amount of trash to pick up next week, if they actually come.
    This needs to resolved asap.

    About 6 weeks ago, I started service with this company for trash pickup. In total, I paid $164.75. They only picked up my trash 3 times during this period. I had to cancel service and go back to my previous company. They only showed up for half the time, so I think it's fair they give back half the amount.
