    I asked BBB for recommendations on Roofers. They sent out requests to several different roofers, including one we had previously used on our roof but only 3 responded. We are selling our home and Home Inspector for buyer wanted a roofer to look at it as he noticed some granule loss. The buyers realtor was going to send a roofer out to inspect and we wanted to get a couple of other opinions. One roofer, that we had used before came out and after 10 minutes, on the roof and without taking any pictures, said we definitely had hail damage. The roofer sent by the buyers realtor said we had nothing but normal wear and tear. Joshua with Watchdog Roofing emailed me the night before Memorial Day and said that he could come on Memorial Day if we needed him to. He came out and spent 30 to 45 minutes, on his holiday, on our roof taking pictures and looking it over thoroughly. He said that we had some granular loss but in line with normal wear and tear and he found a couple of hail dents. He spent a lot of time going over all of it with us and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and very professional & very pleasant to deal with. He told us the first thing that would dent in a hail storm would be our vents due to the metal material used on them. There was no damage on any of our vents. We don't have to replace our roof but I would definitely use him over the one that told us we had hail damage, and who we had previously used to roof this house. I would never again use that roofing company. I highly recommend Joshua with Watchdog Roofing as you could tell he made a very thorough assessment and is very HONEST!! I believe he would do anyone a good a job on their roof.
