      Promised that the unit had been thoroughly checked and that everything worked. Promised to include 2 propane tanks but did not.. Refrigerator did not work and found there was a propane leak! We have called, emailed, texted, and sent a letter. No reimbursement or compensation for our problems.

      This man is lying . Everything did in fact work on the Rv as we have proof and video footage backing up our statement. The propane bottles were forgotten but we did have 2 brand new ones ordered and shipped directly to him which is now has in his possession (proof of the delivery). He has texted and I have replied. He has not called nor emailed our company only sent a text. I asked him to check breakers , fuses and the battery which he had not done prior to texting us. He was supposed to check it and let us know if that did not resolve his issue but has yet to contact us back. Instead he decided to leave a bad review and lie. His first text was all about how he can get money from us and didnt bother to ask us for help resolving his issues. I then told him what to check and to let me know as he still has not. This is what we call a buyers scam, a person who lies to gain compensation from a small business buy placing bad reviews against them telling the business they will remove or re state their review if they get money. As I said , we have proof and video footage of everything working as should and proof of items that was ordered and sent directly to this customer that was forgotten to be placed in the Rv before transport.

      They were great to work with and very nice. Answered all my questions and walked with me while I checked every nick and cranny of the RV, no pressure to buy from them, and were very patient. Great price for me and was even open to my offer on it. Will do business with them again any time.
