      Received a flyer for Elgin sparks location and it stated that there would be penny items available. Upon going to the location the franchise owner Bri had told us that we need to spend 50$ and we can pick 2 penny items. No where on the flyer does it state we have to spend a certain amount to get the penny items.

      Thank you for reaching out to our business. We are happy to clear up the situation mentioned, its unfortunate a customer was so disappointed in our community Summer ***************** 12 to 4pm we had an entire back 'sales counter' for discount. It started at a ***** for papers, wraps and a total of 500 house made prerolls. Then each section increased so many dollars.( Ie. .01c, $1, $3 $5 and $10 sections were available)

      We had a room filled with 6 vendors available from ****pm; also passing out products to take to the counter for .01. Vendors do this so customers try of their own brand specifically. 

      Unknown to each customer, (because it wasnt a listed promotion on the flyer) they got an ADDITIONAL ***** product to choose each time they spent $50. 

      This was a large basket filled with misc. selected edibles, concentrates, and vape carts. 

      Then, the last hour we let everyone know that the back 'sales counter' was buy any product, get one for a .01! This was to ensure that all the final products were gone at the end of our summer event. 

      Additionally, I have included our flyer, to show the names of vendors who were also handing out .01c products, that can be specifically mentioned.
