    I put a prom dress on layaway it never left the store my daughter is not going now I called to ask for my money back they said they don't give money back it's only been 1 day since I put it on layaway they were rude

    Due to the nature of our retail store, our store policy is that all sales are final. Dresses change styles every prom season and once the dress is sold it is taken immediately out of our inventory. The customer called and asked for a refund and we told her that all sales are final  even layaway dresses.At that point she cursed us out and hung up before we could continue the discussion. I did not even have the customers name until this point. I have attatched several photos of our policy that is publicly displayed and posted in our store, one of which is at the checkout counter. It is also posted on our website, instagram page, and on all of the receipts. We have to honor this policy to be fair to all of our customers.

    I have a young man that needs his tux rental paid I think he owes 115 left on it I was going to see if the money I put down on the dress could go to his tux he is having trouble paying it off so I would like to if I could.. I will give his name if this will work thank u so much
