      I hired this contractor for a VERY simple window and siding replacement project. He subcontracted the job to a "ceramic tile" crew without my knowledge and without my approval. They turned a simple job into a real homeowners nightmare. The siding was installed improperly using incorrect nails, with a pneumatic nailer that buried the nails half way under the surface of the siding at a 45 degree angle leaving ONLY 5/32nds of an inch to hold the siding to the stud. Nailing pattern is so far from standard, that it is actually laughable - some studs have NO nails at all. 1 x 4 trim boards have nowhere near enough fasteners and were not nailed flush or tight. The crew had NO idea how to apply sticky flashing around the windows, (by ******** own acknowledgement), and I had to teach them. The windows were NOT installed plumb, level and square - only level. My roof edge is all bent up because the inexperienced crew didn't take the time to remove 6 -7 screws before demolition. Then they went and lost half of them, after I gave them a Ziplock bag to keep track of them. The paint job looks like a 2 year old applied it. Primer spots showing through everywhere. Some board ends have NO primer or paint at all. Trash strewn all over the jobsite. Cigarette butts littering my yard and pulled out nails all around the project. This crew turned my firewood tarp into Swiss cheese and I have NO idea why this inexperienced, unqualified, and unprepared crew was doing anywhere near my firewood pile. To make matters worse, ****** ***** left a dead *** loaner car in my driveway, partially blocking my ability to back out of my garage; (telling me it's only an inconvenience), for 10 days and not showing up to move it after 2 different CANCELED appointments. Trying to get joker over here to fix the issues is like pulling teeth. When issues arise, it's the homeowners fault and he has a VERY short fuse with his anger management skills. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

      ****** has just completed rebuilding my deck, no easy job for sure, and it looks amazing. I am 100% satisfied and we have another project lined up and I'm sure I will be just as delighted with the workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism of ****** and his crew that I have seen on this project.****** kept me informed every step of the way. If he wasn't going to be on my job for some reason, he always let me know, which is much appreciated. When discussing the project, his bid was detailed and he explained every step and every line item expense. I could tell that this was a well thought out plan and bid, it was not thrown together in a hurry, and I was confident that the job would be completed for the agreed price without any nasty surprises....and it was.I have no hesitation in highly recommending ****** and his company for any projects that you may have. You will not be disappointed...he delivers what he promises.
