    We reserved 2 spaces at this Jellystone because the website and on the phone call when I booked the spots stated they had hookups. At check in we were told the entire camp has no hookups. We NEVER would have picked this jellystone to stay at with our family if we had not been given the wrong information. We specifically requested 2 spots with hookups. Other issues that just made the stay even less appealing: the wifi did NOT work, we would use the password yogiguest all caps and it would work for maybe 5 minutes then say wifi not available. When we went to the front they stated that there was nothing they could do even though wifi is supposed to be part of the package. There were only 4 kayaks (the lifeguards took 2 for themselves, and 6 paddle boards. It is supposed to be included in the price we paid but we never got a chance to go on one because there wasn't nearly enough for everyone visiting. Also, fireworks were not supposed to be permitted on the camp sites half of why we chose the site but EVERYONE was shooting them off, and someone came next to our RV in the empty rv lot and lit off mortars until 1am. No park ranger around to stop them! Sites were supposed to be limited to 9 people per site but at least 5 sites on our side had over 15 people. There was no one to enforce the rules, dogs were off leashes and chased my kids when they went to the bathroom, it was so chaotic and miserable. Also, the showers were broken and duct taped shut. We had no showers at the outhouses the camp provides. This camp is not set up properly, it was like a free for all instead of having control and supervision. The vacation was ruined and we would never have chosen this jellystone if we knew this is how it is kept and handled.
