      This company has no ***** period for payment I tried multiple times to work out an arrangement to pay my bill I wasn't asking for a lot of time I get paid the day after it is due due to their deplorable business practices especially since I'm handicapped the act of turning off my utilities just so they can charge a reconnect fee of$50 is in my opinion just a way to con extra money out of their customers I wrote them a bad review and they childishly turned my water off a day early in retaliation again I'm handicapped and I believe that there are laws regarding unfair business practices for handicapped and disabled people by shutting off utilities in winter weather it could lead to harmful and detrimental health issues

      in mid-December of 2022, the PVC around our well head had busted due to the temperature drop to remedy the situation we hired Crafton pump service which promptly came out and decided to replace all of the PVC. On the date of December 28th at 7:45 pm CT we discovered a small leak from where the PVC meets the pipes that go into the ground to the house after calling and bringing up my complaint and submitting photos the owner agreed it was likely tightened too much and agreed to come and repair it fast forward to march 8th 2023 at 2:21 PM CT we discovered another leak on the pvc located this time on the other side where it connects to the well head itself the connector and damage mirroring that of the original leak on December 28th the leak required me to completely shut down my well system to avoid more damage after doing so i attempted to speak to the owner as he according to those at the desk were the only one who could help me after 3 days on march 10th the owner called me back he politely asked the issue and i explained after my explanation he became very upset and threatened me saying "we are going to settle this like men" and that he refused to repair it at this point im pretty afraid because as far as i can tell he is asking to fist fight i respond by telling him i will not pay for the repair as it was not completed properly he then tells me "oh you will" after this exchange i called the desk to try to clear up what he meant i was told "i dont know he is the owner" I decided to call the Ottawa county sheriffs dept to report the threat on april 27th at 9:22 PM CT I find the front door to my home still locked and busted in two pieces and hanging open i called the police and filed a police report I'm also including samples of the threats.
