    We have been trying to get an issue resolved, and the store has not been helpful at all. I have given them ***** time and time again, but we have had issue after issue with this location from getting orders wrong, to being out of ingredients, to terrible customer service. We had placed an order last week and when we went to pick it up, an hour later, they still had not started the order, The girl working said she did not have time to make ours because she had to make the orders in store first, so we waited another 20 minutes at the store, and she still refused to make our order while we were there, saying that as long as people kept coming in she could not make ours since it was placed online, even though we were now right there in the store and were there first ahead of people coming in. The store was not that busy. While we were standing in the store speaking with an employee, it popped up on the app that our order was ready, but it was not. It had not even been started. After almost 1.5 hours since placing the order, we asked for our money back and she would not do that either. She took our number and said she would give it to the manger. The manager never called, so we called the store the next day or two and turned out the manger was never given the message. The manager stated at that time she did not know how to refund his money and that it might not be possible since it has now been over 24hrs, even though she was never given the message. The manager stated that she would have to contact the regional manager and she would call us back, but here it is 8 days later and we still have not heard back. The order number 82ACAD19-83; amount $37.32. Please assist in this matter.
