I put a down payment on a vehicle of 2500$ on 5/16/2025 when I test drove the vehicle a "maintenance required" light was on the dash, I asked what it was on for, a salesman said it needed oil. I didn't think that was a big deal as I planned on getting an oil change anyway. I got in the vehicle to drive it home, and the a/c wasn't blowing like it originally was so I went back inside and told the salesman, he came out and got the a/c on, and told me "I just needed a blower motor, and to not worry because I got a good vehicle." I get the car home, and there is absolutely no oil in the vehicle, and the coolant was empty also. I got oil in the car, coolant, and changed the spark plugs. On 5/27/25 I started the car, the check engine light came on and a big cloud of smoke came out the tail pipe, I immediately turned the car off, and contacted "Martinez brothers auto sales" and they told me to bring the car to them and they would look at it. I towed the car to the shop they have in Clinton,ok on 5/30/25. The guy that was there asked me what happened, so I told him exactly what happened and he told me that he didn't know why that would happen because they drove the car for a week before I bought it and didn't have any issues. So they drove the car for a week with the "check maintenance" light on, meaning with no oil, or coolant in it. I tried to contact them on 6/7/25 and didn't get any answer so I left a voicemail, I tried to contact them again on 6/9/25 and believe that my phone number has been blocked by the company. When I call it goes straight to voicemail, Now I believe they know they sold me a bad car.
