************ was hired to spray foam our new build On Jan 16th 2023. On January 27th, 2023 Heath ********************** of Weber and sons showed up and spray foamed the closed sell on our house with out our consent. ***** said ******* hired him to do this. ***** missed several spots which we have evidence. Frashon **** did the open cell spraying. We paid ******* **** the $19,000 he asked for closed and open cell spraying. ************ never paid Heath ********************** the $14,500 for the closed cell and ***** put a lien on our house, which we can not close on now because of the lien, unless we pay him too. It is now costing us $100 every day we have the lien because it stalls closing on our house. I have many text messages, online messages, and photos. I have several txt msgs from us to ******* telling him to pay ***** as I've added below. ******* has a warrant and many people are trying to *** him. I've written ***** over ******** which is added below. You can see a hole to the outside of our house where he didn't spray. He also didn't get the underside of the metal C beams in our home.

The job was subbed out to me by ************ previously with ************** now of Construction & More to install the close cell portion of the job. On Jan 27 we arrived on location to spray which we had to plastic everything as it was done half way by *********** and his crew to prevent over spray on things before we could start. We sprayed it in 2 days and met with the homeowners on both days. On March 15 I reached out to the Marshalls because of lack of payment by *********** and at that time is when I was informed of the hole that was mentioned but between the statement that the home owner was filling them and that *********** had done his part I figured they were taken care of. In ******** if the original contractor subbed the work out and the material is installed then it unfortunately falls back on the homeowner which is why the lien was placed. There was a certified letter sent before the lien was placed informing the homeowners it was coming. Since then I have been slandered on ******** for doing so and I have no control of the way the laws are set.
