    I am filing a complaint against Broken Bow and Hochatown Boat Rentals - Tanged **** Adventures for a fraudulent and unprofessional business practice. I paid a $375 deposit via Zelle for a chartered boat excursion, confirmed the reservation, and completed the necessary confirmation link 24 hours before the scheduled trip.We arrived at the designated location at 3pm as instructed, but no representative was present. Despite texting and calling the contact numbers provided, I received no response until 3:30pm when I reached *******************. He claimed he had no knowledge of our reservation due to app issues and offered no apology, instead suggesting he could arrive in 30 minutes, which was unacceptable after already waiting.Furthermore, ******* wife, ****************, began cursing at me on the phone and inquired if I was canceling the trip. This interaction, which I have recorded on video, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. They have refused to refund the $375 deposit despite being at fault for not showing up.I have text messages with ***** that clearly demonstrate the unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility on their part. I urge the *** to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Broken Bow and Hochatown Boat Rentals - *************** Adventures for their deceptive and unethical business practices.
