    I am disabled..tiny home are to much so I bought this rv as my forever home..wades advertised helping the disabled. They help me pick it out. June.. the first month I had issues and called. They said they couldn't find me in computer. So had to bring my brother.....in Sept. Its start raining. My intire rv and all 5 slides. Not waterproof. .I had no idea that they could do that. Then I got sick over and over my pup too.. then I found a flood behind stove. Rubbery floors w mold growing up my bed. Mushrooms were growing by my bedroom door. I started looking everywhere and everything has fungus mold black mold and floor and wall have to be repaired ..the rv repair company i called to come lookkicked me out. It unliveable. And he brought me a ozone machine so he could come back and work on it.. being disabled every dime went in this. So im homeless w a morage..wades ran my brother around and around ..said they would repair for a price. My brother towed it back. They fixed some things that came back broke before they parked back in yard. Kitchen already flooded again and they returned it. And I have a out standing bill for that and the slides didn't even line up right to sil.. ther is so much more. Im in debt to every one and still can't live in my home. Im devastated. I have always taken care on my own. Til this last 2 monthes....I owe everyone

    Date of Transaction: 6/25/24. Nature of Dispute: ** may NOT have been ****** desired models in ** so bought unit from ****** in *******. Unit not ready when arrived to pickup it up. During orientation it became obvious it was wrong unit. Sat around for another 2 hours. Then they rushed us thru orientation. On the way home stopped for ******** had a low front tire. Stopped again 2 hours later and tire was low again. Spent night in Amarillo & next morning tire was completely flat. Got home & took tire in to get fixed. Shop could not fix it because it was patched & leaking thru the patch. Called ***************************** denied patching the tire. They blamed manufacturer. I bought a new tire & when installing it noticed the spare was a totally different brand. Wades again blamed manufacturer. I contacted manufacturer's *** and he said factory would never ship an ** with a patched tire & different brand spare. Contacted Wades again & got an angry defensive accusation of calling them liars. Also in their rush to get rid of us they ignored fact that the Rhino Pin Ball on the ** required an adapter plate to mate correctly with my hitch. Got ************ was offset 90 degrees. Could not unhook truck. Had to call hitch manufacturer for help. When got truck unhooked, I noticed deep gashes on the alignment bars. ** without adapter plate ruined the alignment bars. Had to replace them. Spent 2 & 1/2 months fighting to get reimbursed for all costs. Finally, a few weeks ago got check that did not cover all expenses. Was this a NEW **? Paperwork says its new but given all of the issues Im not sure? Also, my Lady friend overheard someone at the Center say they had sold it to someone else earlier but owners brought it back stating it was too small for them. ****** denied having said this. If it was sold before ********** never registered it with Forest River & resold it as new to me? After 4 months Forest River confirmed they STILL haven't registered it in my name? Sounds like FRAUD to me!
