    ************************* <*************************>12:23?PM (39 minutes ago)to me I paid $7,800 for cabinets and I have a lazy ***** that wont spin, peeling paint and never got the corner cabinet I ordered. The tray of the lazy ***** wont spin because it hits the hardware of the cabinet door and the spindle is not secured. I am supposed to have a corner cabinet but it is NOT a corner cabinet. It is a regular rectangular cabinet situation in a corner. There is 12 inches of dead space behind it and 12 inches on the right side and left side. See the photo. Also, ALL the lower cabinet doors have peeling paint! ALL OF THEM. Do not use these people!They came to install my cabinets. ************************* immediately asked for the remaining balance as soon as she came through the door and before they began the install. This was a problem because they went to Chinese buffet for lunch and then decided to go home; they finished the install a WEEK later.Once the install was finally complete they left the shelves on the floor. I tried along with my handyman to put them in and they wouldnt fit. Turns out they were designed to be very snug. Thats fine. They came back to address that BUT REFUSE TO COME BACK TO ADDRESS the peeling paint, the lazy ***** and corner cabinet. They ignored my calls. I had my intern call from her out of area number and they answered! They were really rude to her. I called after my intern spoke to them and they agreed to come back only when they would be in town; they seemed to be very inconvenienced. They were a no-show. My poor tenant was waiting and NEEDS to be able to use the cabinets. They wont pick up the phone. The cabinets come with a 1 year warranty and they are willfully refusing to honor the warranty. These arent adjustments I am calling them out for, these are DEFECTS.

    Judgment against Dovetail in the *********** District Court of ********. I was awarded approx. $14,000.00 in damages and the *************************** found against them.
