    My husband *************************** took in our 2018 ***** **** Silverado in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush to your (Eskridge *****) ****************** on October 19, 2022. This was before a trip down to ***********/******* for one of my Husbands medical appointments at *******************. When we bought this truck from you back in Nov 2018. So we have been customers for sometime now. So back to the issue in hand. On our trip we noticed that the truck was driving different, but we had also had new tires placed on it so at first we took the difference as the tires. However, when starting to head out of ******* on our way home, the transmission slipped several times, so we pulled over into a travel station to check the transmission fluid level, because my husband realized that there was something seriously wrong. This would had been on Wednesday October 26th probably around 12:30/1 pm, since it was right after we left his appointment with his Oncologist, this is why I know the time frame. As soon as he pulled the dip stick for the transmission fluid he noticed there was no fluid on it I called your service department. We verified that we were checking the level correctly, truck on flat surface/running or not/hot or cold, and also the correct temp because the temp seemed high to my husband. On the phone it was a female, she stated that the tranny flush machine had been acting up lately, and to keep our receipts for the transmission fluid that we bought and to bring it in as soon as we got back. Ended up putting in 2 bottles (quarts) while in Houston. We got home, truck drove better, but still not the same it shifts harder and I would describe it as hesitates more its small but it used to drive really smooth, so the next day I do believe my Husband took the truck in to be looked at.They added even more fluid (another 1.5-2 quarts), and then told him to drive it over the week and get back with them. The truck still is not the same and gas mileage went way down drastically (25 mpg now 19 mpg).So we called and told them it was still having issues shifting. We were told to bring it in and drop it off. I asked about a loaner and was told, just that they’ll look at it??? So I said we’d keep the truck till we could get a loaner.My husband or myself called numerous time usually once a week to check on ETA or what would be done to make this right. No one ever called us to give us an update on anything. We finally switched out our truck tonight 12/7/2022 for a loaner.

    This issue was handled with the customer before she submitted this complaint. We resolved the issue exactly to her specifications and satisfactions.
