      Hired Victory Remodeling and they received 1st payment on 4/17/24. Contract for remodel of upstairs bathroom, painting 2 bedrooms, replacing flooring in kitchen, laundry room, dining room, entry, and powder room. Complaints: Installation of LVP in kitchen-numerous cracks, chips, uneven, pops when walked on, kitchen LVP to carpet in family room not attached properly. Damaged wall near patio door. Had to pay for additional prep of concrete floor in kitchen when the contract stated under Demo Flooring Downstairs Prep concrete slab for LVP. At Todds request I paid his sub who installed flooring. When asked why I needed to pay his sub I was told for tax purposes. *** in dining room not prepped properly. Floor sinks under chandelier when stepped on. Flooring is not flush to toilet in powder room. Also, flooring not flush to doorframe of entrance to master bedroom. There is a gap. Damage to wall in entry way and most baseboards in entryway, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room were damaged when removed and had to be repaired and repainted by another company. I have requested a final accounting of upstairs job and downstairs job multiple times and have yet to receive one. I was billed for a portion of the countertop which I paid.. Total cost of countertop was his responsibility per contract. Still waiting for final statements to reconcile. **** is a very pleasant person to work with. However, the quality of work and lack of site supervision and follow up did not live up to my expectations of how he promoted his company. I have included some pictures of issues and some text messages.

      We have fulfilled our contract obligations and have multiple avenues of communication relevant to this client .

      I am sorry for the slow response.  I was just released from the hospital on 2/8/25 from having major surgery.

      I can meet any day the first week of March at 10:00am.   Thank you.
