      I had a water pipe leak. They came out, walked all over, said they need to work another hour. Then they walked over to the water meter, about 4 feet away, stuck a rod in the ground, heard the hiss and said here is the leak. THEN, HE SAID, THATS ALWAYS WHERE THE LEAK IS. SO WHY DIDNT YOU CHECK THERE FIRST.

      Be careful when dealing with this business. They will bid you an 8-hour job (minimum) that is completed in 3.5 hours. They also charged my credit card $2,175 for repair without asking me! I will not use them again. I spoke with Trace about these issues. Trace said, "well the bid said minimum". I asked why he didn't bid me a 4-hour job and anything over that would be $195/hour to which he responded it would have probably been the same price. Company representatives said I should have received the option to pay by check but instead they charged my credit card (after they had my number from the fee for the leak detection) without asking. The work they did seems satisfactory but the overbid and unauthorized charge to my card left me feeling like I can only rate this company a 1 star.
