    I got billed by Sq. Mature Transitions of Owasso & Tulsa for a service I did not ask for and did not receive. They billed my credit credit without my permission. and now their phones are all busy.

    Use at your pwn risk. Thousands of dollars of my property was removed from my home without my permission when this company was hired to ORGANIZE and BOX items for movers. The owner of this company refuses to return these things claiming she "donated" them but provided no proof that this was done.

    I was unaware of your complaint until yesterday, so I want to first and foremost apologize for my late response. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns and frustrations . I understand why you would have concerns, and I do apologize, but I feel there is a misunderstanding. There was a 26 foot dumpster on your driveway for several months. I know how frustrating it must be to not be able to to get out of your your home to see what is going on, and for that I am very sorry.

    Many items were put in the dumpster by your children while they were in town from out of state, and out of the country. I ran everything by your son (who lives here in Tulsa) first before discarding any items in the dumpster. His main reasoning for having my team to discard items to the dumpster was because he felt they may not have been in a condition to donate.

    The items that were in good condition that he thought you could take to your next place were all arranged in the shelves in your garage. The other items he thought you didn't (and wouldn't use) went to Goodwill . His reasoning for donating items was to help you and your husband declutter your home in order to make it easy for you to navigate around your home safely until he could secure a place for you both to move that will be a better option for aging in place. I know you love your home ( I know I do), but when it comes to safety sometimes your children step in to navigate the process.

    As far as the sticky notes and pens you feel you are missing, I will be happy to go to the store and replace them. Maybe when I bring them, I can bring you more of your favorite flowers to make you smile again.
