    If you are looking for a company that will provide service after the sale I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! HydraHose has, without a doubt, been the worst company I have ever dealt with. The ONE installer they have, who also serves as their service technician, is unprofessional and unreliable. He has absolutely no regard for their customers' concerns and their time. I sincerely doubt he has ever made a commitment he didn't break, and to make matters worse, he does it without even providing the courtesy of a call or text. I have honestly lost count of how many times he has said he was going to come to our home, finish their install and fix the problems he left here before departing. If that's not enough, he can't control his temper. When he ran into problems at our home he resorted to throwing his tools around and yelling obscenities in our front yard. This behavior is not an isolated incident either. We learned from others (unfortunately afterwards) that they had the same experience with HydraHose at their home. They, like us, will no longer use HydraHose for maintenance or recommend them to others. Lastly, calling the main number does little good as it is seldom answered and it is highly unlikely that any message left will be returned in a timely manner. The ONE exception to that appears to be if the call is related to a sale. That call was answered promptly when we first inquired about purchasing a sprinkler system. In closing, after waiting weeks for the technician to return and fix the issues he left us with AND fill the trenches he left in our yard, he returned today. After completing the repairs, he filled the trenches with the same type of soil he told us not to use. He then informed us that filling the trenches he made was not part of the contract and he wanted 75.00 for the soil. This is absurd. We were never told there was a charge to fill the trenches beforehand and why should there be, it is part of the job.

    Well you just can't make some people happy. Sorry, ********* Does your system work? Did you pay for the $75 worth of soil that was delivered. No you didn't. In other words you have a very good system in the middle of a horrible heat wave, and refused to pay for dirt the blew away during installation. I really wish there had been a way to keep our record spotless, but you just can't please everyone.
    FYI. We are currently installing the second system for a customer we installed 17 years ago. Oh, not at her house, her neighbor's. She hasn't needed a repair in 17 years. Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to comment. Hydra Hose Irrigation
