    submitted a work order on the night of May 23, 2024. It stormed that night and I was out of the apartment. Upon entry, I nearly slipped and fell due to the rain water making its way into the apartment from underneath my door. I waited 14 days for some type of communication or maintenance attending to my request. Nothing from them. It is not the first time that they have ignored my work order request. I am stressing out, cause every time it rains I spend hours drying up the water while Terra Bella apartments shows no interest in the maintenance problems at my apartment.

    Moved in around Sept 2020. Paid our rent months ahead. Put in work orders and was told when we resigned our lease our remodel would be done by Nov. 2021. It is now October 2022. I’ve tried to have the owner sign papers saying she would work on our apartment. She Denys every time. We have talked with multiple staff members and they keep firing and hiring new ones so I have to keep explaining myself over and over again. They have remodeled the outside of our apartments but have not even touched my apartment. A whole year later and the owner still will not fix the issues we are having.

    Both toilets in the apartment run constantly one of the maintenance men came back and said we need new toilets that was 3weeks ago now our water bill is $236. The water company turned on our water and the upstairs bathroom flooded into the kitchen that was 2 weeks ago the hole in the celling is still there. When it rains the flooring inside of the apartment upstairs is soaking wet. The stove is broken no ones come out to repair that. Our landlord/property managers do NOT answer the phone I will send documentation of us trying to get in touch with them and the voice mail box to leave messages is full. And we have a really bad ***** that they have sent an exterminator once in the five months that theyve had the apartment complex and he stressed that he would have to do more than one spray because of how bad the ***** problem is. Our apartments got sold to Terra Bella from Coldwell bankers who didnt fix the things that are still broken and the same problems are happening. Our electric bill has never been normal in the 3 almost 4 years weve lived here and thats coming form the electric company. Our windows/doors are sealed off properly. Terra Bella Is talking about evictions in October and are giving us almost $100 late fees because my husband is in between jobs but theyre not fixing and or doing their jobs. I have 2 children here a 3 month old and a 3 year old who has health issues. And on top of that no one has come to fix our plumbing issue as well and we just recently found out we had one by one of there maintenance people he told us himself it all of the plumbing needs to be fixed for this complex.

    They told us that there was a bigger plumbing problem 3 weeks ago an know ones come out,they wont answer the phone,and now our water bill is $236

    Not sure whom "they" are referring to in their comment, but management knows nothing about continued work needed down on any plumbing in the building.

    We hire i9 employees for our maintenance staff, and they do not speak for management. Furthermore, the only certified plumber that has been out to look at their unit would be ********* Plumbing, which did not notate anything of the sort, nor any additional problems, when turning in their invoicing. If the tenant would like to send me their water bill for this month, and the previous month, I can call on their behalf to try to sort out what the city might think the problem is.

    Without anything leaking into their apartment, the only other option would be toilets constantly refilling, which, as mentioned previously, we just found out about and will rectify this week. Without work orders being put in, our staff is unable to know anything is wrong, and therefor delays the repair needing to be made.
