      I paid 950 dollars for the mechanic, named ******, to fix the installing going on in my car. He took my car late afternoon of January 16th. He finished my vehicle the very next day and I picked the car up at 4:30. He told me that the part was brand new so it will still jerk when gears are switched. The car was getting steadily worse since the day I took it home. I spoke with him January 21st stating that I no longer will be doing business with him and asked for a refund. He said he would call me by the end of the day, I never revived a phone call. I went this morning, January 23rd, in person at 12pm to ask for a refund again. He said that he had to run to the back in ******. He left the shop and returned shortly after and stated his daughter will bring the money. 6 hours later the shop is closed and Im speaking with his landlord outside due to him waiting for his payment as well and he says that he has to run to ****** because he forgot his daughters son has therapy. Theres another gentleman standing outside waiting as well and I know him through a family member. He tells me this gentleman will follow him because I know him so I trust him. He ends up leaving him behind stating that he doesnt trust him and that he will be back with the refund. He calls again stating that he had to go to ****** to get the money but he will be back. At 7:30pm he proceeds to stop answering my phone calls and messages and blocks my phone so nothing is going through. At 7:50pm he calls and I call back but theres no answer. His landlord said he has done this many times to many individuals. I have two children. One of which was waiting with me in the car for 7 hours in the cold and that was my 9 month old baby.

      I sincerely apologize to you for your time, money, and inconvience with *******.  However, this shop is not *********.  The shop you are writing about is located in the west side of *********  We are located at *****************************  We are in no way affliated with ******* or his buisness.  Again, I am very sorry for his unproffesional towards you.  However, would you please correct your complaint and direct it to the person who did you wrong and help us clear this issue.
