    If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would!!! By far the worst experience possible!! ***** is extremely amazing however ******** was extremely unprofessional and it is shocking she's still in business! We waited from 10 am (when they stated they opened) till 345 on the first day. She was not in the office at all so ***** took our paperwork and money and wrote us a receipt and said if she didn't make it in before 4pm our loved ones wouldn't be bonded that day.. anxiously waiting I called at 355 to see if she made it in before I traveled back home an hour away. She answered the phone very rude stated she's not posting bond due to her not receiving the paystub via email, to which it was definitely delivered. I was. Told to come back with another cosigner the next day to complete the bail. The next day I traveled again an hour away and I showed up at 3pm to her office ( being told the day before I had until 4pm) the first thing out of her mouth was that "I'm not posting it you took to long and I don't care to post the **** thing at all" me and my fiances 18 year old cousin who was cosigning went and sat down to fill out the paperwork in the waiting area when she asked me who found her cause she was rude. ******** then came out to the waiting area and came up to us stating we could "get the h*** out of her office and because your funky as f*** and I don't care to do this bond" to a 18 year old girl. I asked about our money since it was paid for 2 days at that point to which she stated she won't issue a refund until all 3 people were there. It's now been 4 days since we paid the bondsman and she refuses to post bail for our loved ones. she even went as far as reaching out to all other surrounding bondsman's and telling them not to do business with us as well.
