    On ************************************************************************ which he provided services that same day. After services were finished I asked what form of payment he accepted he said cash or cashapp. At 6:04 on August 16, 2023 a payment was made via cashapp. He provided no receipt or paperwork for services. *** assured me that if I had any issues with services that he would fix it with no issues. After 3 weeks I started to have issues with the tint bubbling in which he attempted to correct however, after time passed the same issues reoccurred. On 30 Sept he tinted my husband ************** and was paid $500 cash for that service. Again as with the Outlander there were issues in which we took back for repair in which they were unsuccessful. Numerous attempts have been made to resolve this issue however, FLI insists he doesnt see anything and made a comments the comment that I didnt know what I was talki9ng about. Pictures were sent and he was shown in person. Both vehicles have been taken to two other tinting companies in which they confirmed my concerns and that the jobs were botched. I have attached text messages and pictures of that were sent to him. At the end of each message is a read receipt so he has been made aware that I requested a refund.
