      All tech was sent out by my home warranty company. They consistently up charge for things that are not covered through the home warranty. My water heater went out. All tech charged $200 for a drip pan that I could buy at ********** for $25. They charged me $200 to expedite getting me a new water heater next day or I wouldve had to wait a week to get the new water heater. My water heater burst and was leaking all over the place causing damage to my home, and they charged me another $225 mystery charge That I have no idea why, thats a total of $625 for an item that that only cost $25, wow American home shield paid for a new water heater. I dont understand how I still came out the pocket of $625 when American home shield was covering the water heater. I think all tech constantly scam their customers by over charging. Also, every time American home shield send all tech to my home, all tech always try to sell me their home warranty plan, why would they do that when Im already paying for American home shield

      ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Two weeks and theyve done nothing! They were sent out through AHS. We had our sewer ejector pump go out and they sent someone out who did nothing. Have been calling for 10 days for them to now say they have to come out because they dont know what pump to order!!!! On top of that their quote is double what others in the area will charge and told us it would be lower if we went through them instead of AHS? I am so furious. They refuse to let us speak to the owner.

      All tech came out thru a home warranty call. Quoted me $4200 on water line leak. I had already identified line that was leaking so 10 1/2 pipe was all that was required plus 1/2 tee and some pex rings. Had two other companies give me a quote. One was $425 other was $450. *** tried getting an answer from all tech on how pricing could be so different. Nobody seems to be able to explain it or cares to attempt to explain it.

      Do yourself a favor and go with another company. They do not take accountability when tech breaks something, instead they will put you through a week of h*** to include all upper management. Very poorly managed organization. I would not recommend.

      AHS service request was addressed promptly by AllTech.Professional customer service from the office. *******, the technicians was on time, courteous and concern about how to help resolve the problem. He access the situation, noted that a part needed to be replaced and ordered it.Thank you for a job well done.
