    Date of Service: 06/28/23 Comanche County Memorial Hospital has an REGULAR *************** and an EXTENDED *************** apparently. It's not listed any where on their bill or website. They make you create a log-in account and my current bill IS NOT LISTED on my patient portal. I kept getting calls from a number that would HANG UP when I answered the phone. They make you call this number back and their recording DOES NOT state what business office they are located with. It just says BUSINESS OFFICE. When I was finally able to talk to a person, they said I could pay online but I would have to NOT LOG-IN to my patient portal. So I had to pay as GUEST, but then my account number kept coming back as invalid. I asked the operator, why is it not even listed? I was then forced to pay over the phone but then the payment couldn't even be completed! So why am I going to be penalized FOR THEIR ISSUES. I will keep getting calls EVEN THOUGH I'VE TRIED TO PAY TWICE, both over the internet and by phone. I've received 5 HANG UP CALLS since 6/20/23, they never leave a voice message to know why they're calling, they hang up when I answer, so how am I supposed to conduct any business if they harass me?
